Wildebeests River Crossing Expedition

The Serengeti Wildebeest Migration is a contnuous process that spans thoughout the year. This program is for the period between July and October when wildebeests’ biggest confussion will be crossing the crocodile infested Mara River in northern Serengeti. Join us and witness the migration of wildebeest at its best.

Day 1. Arriving in Tanzania

Upon your landing in Tanzania, our driver will meet you at either Kilimanjaro International Airport of Arusha Airport and transfer you to a reserved lodge in or near Arusha city. This is the day the company representation will meet you and discuss with you about the adventure which is going to start tomorrow. Final payments and overall updates of your safari will be discussed here.

Day 2. Discover Tarangire

After an early breakfast at your lodge, brave guide will take you to Tarangire National Park for a full day exploration of the wilderness which is otherwise referred to as the elephants’ paradise. The exploration of the park will continue until evening when you will exit the park and drive to a reserve lodge on the rift valley escarpment.

Day 3. Safari in Nlgorongoro Crater

Today, an early breakfast is served an early breakfast in the lodge and then join your professional safari guide who will take you to Ngorongoro Crater for a guided game drive on the world’s largest unfilled crater. The night will be in a tented camp in central Serengeti.

Day 4. Safari in central Serengeti

You will spend the entire day exploring the wonderful plains of the Serengeti National Park. Serengeti is undoubtedly the Africa’s best national park. Our experienced guide will intelligently cover the areas with the highest potential on the period of travel. The night will be in a tented lodge in northern Serengeti.

Day 5. Safari in northern Serengeti

This is a dream day, a day to witness animals crossing the crocodile infested Mara River. Today’s game driver will focuss on the riverline, looking for the opportunity to see a confusion of wildebeests crossing the river. the night will be in a reserved lodge in northern Serengeti near Mara River.

Day 6. Serengeti – Arusha

Today, you will do an early morning guided game drive in the Serengeti as you advance estwards to the park’s exit gate. You will later drive across the Lake Natron Area to Arusha for the night in a reserved lodge.

Day 7. Departure

This is your last day with us. Based on your flight schedule, your guide will take you to the airport where you will board your departure plane.
